How to use SCTA to effectively manage risks associated with human failures
Risktec Solutions invites you to attend an online Human Error and Safety Critical Task Analysis (SCTA) course for the oil and gas industry.
During this course you will learn about the types of human failures (human errors and violations) and what makes them more likely to occur. You will be provided with detailed training on how to carry out a SCTA to identify and evaluate the impact of human failures and to determine any additional measures needed to manage the risk to ALARP. The course will also provide practical guidance on how to effectively implement SCTA, based on experience gained from running many such assessments within industry.
